Tasks we carry out on your behalf include reconciling bank accounts, preparing control accounts to reconcile sales, purchases, cash, payroll and VAT. We can also prepare financial statements using your books and records.

Our payroll and pensions service means we can ensure your PAYE is correctly set up for accurate reporting. We will maintain your payroll, calculate all deductions, provide reporting in time for HMRC deadlines and advise on legal requirements, for example, minimum wage. Our dedicated payroll department produces payslips, advises on net pay, tax and national insurance and issues P45s on your behalf.

In addition, we offer a Workplace Pension Scheme compliance service as an optional extra, which includes advising on Pension Regulator’s regulations, enrolling new employees, guidance on pension schemes and communicating changes. We are also available to answer employees’ questions.
