We can help you decide what type of company you should establish yourself as – for example, a limited company, partnership or sole trader. You need to inform HMRC within three months of beginning trading – we can handle this for you. If you decide to become a limited company, the requirements are more complex – for example, you will need contact and register with Companies’ House.

We will help with the necessary company formation and administration and give you advice on the various ways you can grow your business. We can also create business forecasts and valuations for funding and investment bids.
