We support our staff to undertake industry exams to further their qualifications and career prospects and have a high retention rate, particularly at senior level.

In achieving the highest possible level of AAT Approved Employer status, we have demonstrated that we provide learning opportunities for our employees working towards accounting and financial management qualifications.

Communal Area

We have a break room where the majority of staff take the opportunity to eat their lunch together each day, encouraging knowledge sharing and a sense of community.

Social Events

Once a month we host a quiz where we enjoy some downtime and break away from the day to day. These activities, as well as competitions and charity fundraising, help to cement the team ethos and create a positive environment in which to work.

Mark deals with the day to day running of the office and also regularly meets and talks to clients when needed.  He specialises in helping bring franchises to the market.

Tax Department

Claire is the head of our tax department advising client on their tax position and keeping them compliant with HMRC by filing the necessary Tax Returns.

Ian is the head of the Contractor department ensuring all our clients are well informed and compliant.

Dan prepares the accounts and VAT for our clients, he specialises in the accounts and VAT for contractor clients.
